  • We rented an apartment through GlamAParis for the month of April. Everything worked perfectly. The photos and description of the apartment online matched reality to a tee. All of their recommendations (for a car service, local stores, restaurants and reservations) worked well. Their reservation and payment process was easy and secure. Our contact was pleasant and professional, responding quickly in all our correspondence. Everyone there spoke and wrote English. When we arrived at the apartment, our property manager was waiting for us. He walked us through the whole apartment. glam A Paris provided written instructions for everything in the apartment. In his own walk through before we arrived, he had found one small thing that was broken (an interior door handle) and had already arranged to have it repaired. It was fixed the next day. I would recommend Glam A Paris highly to anyone considering renting a vacation apartment in Paris!
  • We rented an apartment for our first trip to Paris, and stayed for 7 nights. The apartment was their smallest, since there were only 2 of us, and it worked out perfectly. Between the easy, ongoing communication prior to our arrival, to the personalized service provided by Samia during our stay - coupled with the comfort, convenience, and perfect location of our apartment, it could not have been better. The A/C was cold, the wi-fi was fast, the bed extremely comfortabie, and the stay was restful and relaxing. I would not hesitate to recommend Glamaparis, and will book with them again if we return to Paris.
  • I rented one bedroom from Glam Paris for 5 months. Great location and services. Apartment is newly furnished and very comfortable to live in. Convenient neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and stores. The office is always responsive to my needs as well.
  • When our luggage did not arrive at the airport with us, Samia from Glamaparis came to our rescue. She helped to locate our bags and also arranged to have our luggage arrive at the Glamaparis office so that we wouldn't have to wait at our apartment all day and give up our precious time in Paris. Although the street was under construction and a bit loud during the day, the apartment was well appointed, lovely, and just a few steps from the Metro. Because of the construction, the owner refunded some money to us which was unexpected and very considerate. I'm sure the construction will be finished soon and I would definitely come back and stay here on my next visit to Paris.
  • We rented a one-bedroom apartment in the 1er in late 2016 through Glam Paris, and the service and apartment were both excellent! We particularly enjoyed the view from the terrace. They have a good selection of modern apartment rentals in sought-after districts, and we will definitely look to them again for future rentals.

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
