At the begining I went there to understand how blind people "see" the world. During trip through exibition I was more interested in watching and analising my brain that fooled me around without sight....  more »

Among the three of us are into the darkness, suddenly jumped into the simple and playful with a voice like Harry Potter in the PHI, causing a scream. Then I "see" a tour guide Robert, he used a pair of nice big hand and take you wandering in the dark, dramatic voice. Sometimes singing, took her daughter dancing in the dark, sometimes creating suspense, let your apprehensive face an open world of darkness. Seated in the dark Cafe chit chat when he spoke about his experience of progressive loss of vision. Daughter is 11 years old, Robert also has a young son, imagine: every morning, you can see that pretty little face, daily records the childish little fade, the edges become clearer a firm or an abundance of moving up and he knows that one day the last ray of light will disappear ... ... People moved. And then we come back to the light, to see some blind everyday little things. Found that Apple is a "great" products, built-in functions such as speech, image recognition, Braille input, so that even blind people can start directly. Steve Jobs has dyslexia, so into Apple a lot of gut reaction will be operations friendly interface design. Unexpectedly for the visually impaired, there is such a sweet solution! This is life experience not to be missed, in addition to the Museum's rich elements of movement, sound, smell, the most commendable is Robert, he's lively, intelligent, humorous and honest with yourself, the warmth of your darkest journey!

  • The idea itself is brilliant. It's important for everyone to experience what obstacles blind people go through on a daily basis. However, one of the tour guides might want to consider a career change. I was glad to leave and no longer have any contact with the person in charge of our group, I'm sorry to say.
  • Its really nice! And with a very good guide!:)
  • Amazing adventure, however, remember to visit the dark-NOTHING CAN SEE, and we groped, so you can very easily fall into a panic, especially at the beginning. For me at the beginning it was a nightmare.

  • Fantastic atmosphere, amazing adventure and OK prices. You should spend on your free time. People read: support and guides are very nice people. A grown man and a child something to become aware of and finally Understands how the world ' it appears ' Niewidząc. I RECOMMEND, because it's worth!

  • Amazing exhibition, definitely worth recommending! It allows you to understand how blind people experience the world around them by spending some time in complete darkness, faced by everyday difficulties. I've already seen in three times, in both Polish and English, and I will definitely be coming back. The invisible exhibition ranks very highly on my list of unusual places worth visiting in Warsaw. PL an incredible display, definitely recommendable! I was already three times and we are happy to be back, really impressive-allows for a short time sink into complete darkness and a bit better understand how blind people receive the world around them. Invisible exhibition is high on my list of subtle attractions that are worth seeing in Warsaw.

Where to stay in Warsaw

Many centrally located hotels in Warsaw cater mostly to business travelers, which makes them much too expensive for backpackers and other visitors on a limited budget. Although hostels may seem like the only affordable option at the height of the season, you can find less expensive lodgings in mid-range hotels on the outskirts of town. Alternatively, time your visit for the weekend, when many hotels near the city center slash their prices and offer special deals for early booking.
