Along with its agricultural and fishing heritage, Nosara stands as one of the oldest expatriate communities in the country.
Kick off your visit on the 1st (Sun): putt your heart out at Jungle Mini Golf, Nosara, stroll through SIBU Wildlife Sanctuary, then stroll through Nosara Beach (Playa Guiones), and finally take in the dramatic scenery at Belen Waterfall. Keep things going the next day: head outdoors with Equisol Retreats CR, SRL.

Seattle, USA to Nosara is an approximately 18-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 2 hours traveling from Seattle to Nosara. In April, Nosara is much hotter than Seattle - with highs of 95°F and lows of 73°F. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 2nd (Mon) to allow time for the car ride to Monteverde.

The small city of La Fortuna de San Carlos is best known for the nearby Arenal volcano that looms in the background and dominates the vista.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like Los Lagos Hot Springs and Paradise Hot Springs. Get outdoors at Arenal Natura Ecological Park and La Fortuna Waterfall. There's still lots to do: soothe aching muscles at Tabacon Hot Springs and relax and float downstream with a rafting and tubing tour.

A tour of Manuel Antonio National Park reveals one of Costa Rica's most impressive areas in terms of natural beauty and biodiversity.
