  • Visited on 4th of July and thought it was a cool place. Beach was packed! Boardwalk was cool for people watching. You are on Coney Island so definitely get a Nathan’s Hotdog. Lots of roller coasters.....  more »

  • The world famous Brooklyn Coney Island. So many iconic places all rolled into this one area. You have the Amusement park, Wonder Wheel ride, the Aquarium, famous Nathan's hotdogs and many stops on places to eat at. You have many treats as well from Candy/Caramel apple, funnel cake and many candy selection to choose from. You have a few different options you can choose from to get here as well, from cars drive to bus and subway as well. Subway leaves you the closest and parking could be difficult if you're not familiar with the neighborhood. They filmed a few movies with one being a favorite on mine as the Worriors back in 1979. If ever in the Brooklyn, New York City area, this should be a stop for sure. I also recommend that you don't wonder around the neighborhood outside the tourist area. Not the best area if you don't know your surroundings. Hit like/thumbs up if you enjoyed my reviews.
  • We enjoyed all of it. They have rides and food, Nathans Hot Dogs are a staple. The beach is very clean but it was still chilly for a swim when we were there. Make sure you hit the Freak Show and be loud the louder the better. They feed off the energy and they have drinks to help get you there.
  • What’s not to love? Classic Americana! Nathan’s hot dogs didn’t live up to the hype, but the next shack along (Paul’s Daughter) does a great lobster roll! The rides are fun and the staff were all lovely!
  • Fun time in the summer time, Coney is an institution. A great place for tourist and everyday New Yorkers. At least ride the Cyclone and the Wonder Wheel.
  • The side show is a must for anyone visiting Coney Island. We've got to keep NYC weird and unique. The acts in the show rotate, so every season it will be different. They sell beer at the bar and you can bring it into the show.
